Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra will lend her effervescence to the upcoming second edition of the Times of India Film Awards (TOIFA) as the co-host of the Bollywood extravaganza event in Dubai later this month. This will be the first time the actress will host the main awards function, but she won’t be alone as actor Riteish Deshmukh will join her on stage for the festivities. The main awards gala, where Bollywood films and talent will be lauded and celebrated, will be held at the Dubai International Stadium, Dubai Sports City on March 18.
This will also be the first time ever that Riteish and Parineeti will be seen together on stage, entertaining their fans and friends with some quirky acts. TOIFA 2016 Dubai, will witness performances by various Bollywood celebrities like Shah Rukh Khan, Yo Yo Honey Singh, Varun Dhawan, Jacqueline Fernandez, Kareena Kapoor Khan and many others. Salman Khan and many actors will also be attending the prestigious awards ceremony. The first edition of TOIFA was held in Vancouver, British Columbia in 2013, but this year, it will happen on March 17-19 in Dubai.
As this news comes out, a rare storm resulting in flash floods continues to trouble the citizens of Dubai and Abu Dhabi and we just hope that everything is fine soon, so that the necessary preparations for TOIFA 2016 are made and the event is not hit with any issues. On the work front, Riteish is currently working on Banjo alone with Nargis Fakhri, while Parineeti Chopra will start work on Meri Pyaar Bindu alongside Ayushmann Khurrana.
