Until a few months ago, Nithiin was in for a tough competition from Naga Chaitanya to grab the film with director Trivikram. Finally, Nithiin struck the deal and he is already shooting for it. On the other hand, Nithiin is also producing the young Akkineni Akhil’s debut film. The film is set for a grand release on the occasion of Diwali.

As per the latest buzz, Nithiin will continue his Akkineni association even with Naga Chaitanya. Latest buzz in the tinsel town is that Nithiin will essay a crucial role in Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming romantic drama, Majnu. The film is a remake of Malayalam blockbuster Premam and the makers have reportedly approached Nithiin to essay the role of Shruti Haasan’s boyfriend in the film.

Incidentally, Majnu is being produced by Radha Krishna, who is also producing Nithiin’s A..Aa under Trivikram’s direction. Majnu will have its muhurtham on November 30th and the unit will start shooting from December and release it in March.
